I believe the presentations were a few weeks ago, so I think the comment period is past. There will be another round coming (every year).

Looks like this is the remaining timeline

January 3-5, 2023 – Applicant presentations to subcommittees
February 3, 2023 – State Trails Committee reviews recommendations from subcommittees
March 2023: CPW Commission final funding decision
April - June 2023: Contracts and purchase orders are prepared and distributed to awarded applicants
