Thanks for all the positive responses! I have been planning this mount for a while. I really tried to keep it close, to the point that I contacted Mystery Ranch to see if they had a busted Metcalf warranty return that I could buy, even without straps/waist belt, etc. But they said they won't send anything out that isn't 100% and I wasn't willing to put that kind of cash into it. I found the pack frame and bag on ebay for $40 and that was close enough for me.
