What do the different grinds do?

Different methods of brewing require different grinds to get optimal flavor/extraction. I take a percolator when car camping which needs a coarser grind than my home drip coffee maker. Luckily, Elkhorn Coffee offers grinds for different applications unlike many other roasters who only provide "ground" or whole bean options.

I use a French press most of the time do you grind for those? Looking forward to the beans the grinder is hungry!

We have used a standard grind for other customers who have a Keurig and they have been pleased.
