So Remingtons I inherited from my papaw. Remington 740 in 30-06, Sportsman 58 and a 1100.

Shot my first duck with a '58 30 years ago! My uncle collected them and Dad found a good deal on one when we were out in Lander visiting family. Burned through cases of target loads in that thing. Original barrel was a 28" mod choke, but we had a friend drill out an 870 barrel skeet for a shorter option for grouse. Sweet guns.
 
My big brother's A5 and 740 live in my son's safe...also recently gave him the 760 I carried...both 30-06. I still have the identical A5, a HS graduation gift. Cool pieces.
