Chit Happens In 3's???

If bad luck happens in 3's,, I wonder what is next Tuesday the rabbit died, today Orca Lover, Quick Draw, and I had to dig up the septic tank and get it pumped ( talk about a butt load of chit hump ),,,I kind of wonder what unexpected exspence is next??

Talk about stress $300 out of pocket that quick. .But on the up note,,We still have 10 chickens, we get about 7 eggs a day, the cow and steer are doing great, the momma rabbit had 8 bunnies doing good, and Lady Nutcracker and I are still acting like newly weds hump hump Life is still GREAT

I am just glad that we dont have rock soil like our neighbors do. We at least have dirt in our ground.

I remember we did that once when I was younger. It's an awful smell by anyone's estimation but I happen to have the nose of a bloodhound. I was in hell. Don't envy you that for anything!

Cement you a piece of concrete tile pipe on the top of your septic tank about 12" longer than the hole is deep and you'll never have to dig it up again. You can then cover the top with an old coffee can held in place be a large hose clamp.

A recycleing (sp) plant moved in across the street from my old place and the vibrations ruined my leach lines. I had to have mine pumped every year or so. Damn thing was near 6 feet down. I had to find an easier way.

Damn I feel sorry for yas. I knew a guy who had his septic tank crack, and all that "chit" made its way to the top. And of all the luck, it was in the middle of summer.

It was easy digging, but when we got down to the tank lids it was not a nice smell. At the end of the day we decided to think of thngs to tel people when ask what we are/were doing, the most used was barrying (sp) the last guy who asked us that.
Oh well the job is done now and taken care of.
