Don't take me too seriously. My idea of PPE is flip flops and earplugs.
I think you can get a pair of chainsaw chap bibs. But I don’t know of a pair of chaps that comes with suspenders. Could always just get a good pair of the clip on suspenders and clip onto chaps. Stihl and husky both make clip ons.

Most chainsaw pants can be used with suspenders. Lots of different types on the market. Chainsaw pants are great if you are going to be cutting all day. Not great for one cut here and there.

Jokes aside - I have the PPE. I was trying to make a Dad Bod joke.
I have to plan a full day of cutting because I hate putting on the gear. I have to plan to be in it all day.
If it was just one cut here and there, it's not worth putting on the armor.

My MS361 seems to have given up the ghost. I cannot keep bar oil caps on it. More bar oil ends up on my leg than inside the bar. Saw shop says the base casting is damaged.
I got at least 15 years out of it. I think I will go smaller this time. I still have my 076 and Husky 3120 if I have big wood. There comes a time when you realize big wood is a thing of the past.
