Car Accident on HWY 12 around MP 70?

My son and his girlfriend were coming home from Montana the other day and were first responders to a bad vehicle accident by the hot springs around MP 70, I think it was near the Jerry Johnson Hot Springs. A semi hauling a piece of farm equipment lost control and hit a car driven by a young lady head on. They sat with the young lady for 1 1/2 hours until life flight arrived. They are trying to find out if she lived but can't find any info about the wreck.

I thought I would ask on here if anyone knows anything? Any ideas who to contact to find out?
