If the guy who input his license information was his buddy, and his buddy was just messing with him it would be a joke... albeit a bad one considering this is a legal document. In this case I think it's racism and Walmart should fire the employee who issued the license, pay some restitution, and issue an apology.

I think it's stupid on both parts. Somebody needs to be reprimanded for doing it in the first place. Walmart should issue him a formal apology.

But to take it to court is ridiculous in my opinion. What were the damages? He got his feelings hurt? Whoopty-doo!!! Get over it. Sounds like he's a little too arrogant because he's a professor.

Well the dipsh!t probably thought it was facility professional not reading faculty professional. I'm sorry for what ever pain has to come to this man over this but wtf that would be funny as hell to me and my buddy's if it were one of us. Next March first I'll see if Nevada will put it on my licence. That's what's wrong with college they tell you felling should not be hurt and we can have safe spaces when the republicans win an election. Again sorry to the man.
