Hey all,

Going to make a pork loin into a batch of homemade Canadian bacon.


Anyone have a good recipe they like and want to share?

Keep it simple. Here is my go to and I'll do it with venison as well for solid results.

Mine is from Hank Shaw.

I use half the pink recommended...personal preference.

Just got done packaging it up. Got a loin for $1.99/lbs and made the whole thing into canadian bacon. Gonna taste good on home made pizza with pineapple!

Meat, meat and more meat. And mushrooms. Maybe some onions. NO PINEAPPLE! NO TACO CRAP! Just sayin'.

Not sure they know what they are talking about. But pineapples... great on pizza. That canadian bacon looks delicious.
