Coarse chopped onion, diced green pepper and cubed fish like cod. Sauté the onion and pepper in olive oil and seasoned with "A Cajun Life, Seafood Rub", add the fish when the onion and pepper are almost done. Before that stage, shred cabbage, finely dice a jalapeno, chop cilantro and finely dice a tomato, toss together and squeeze a lime and sprinkle with white vinegar. I use flour tortillas with a bit of sour cream, add the fish mixture and top with the cabbage mix. Hope it all doesn't run down your arm while you eat it
