Going to hunt along the Yukon river I. A couple weeks. Is it worth taking a tarp for under the tent and or over for water protection. I do have a 4 season tent.

Headed to the Yukon and will be packing heavy duty ground tarp for my tipi. Weight isn't an issue though as I'm riding an ATV to my hunting spot.

If weight is an issue, get some Tyvek. Cheap and light.

You can’t have too many tarps in Alaska.
I use one over my winter tent with a rainfly.

we used cabelas alaskan guide tents and did not have ground moisture issues in the tent, or coming from the rain, but you can never have enough tarps out there.
