Heart tacos are a camp favorite. Core and clean the heart, lay flat and pound with a rock, pan or whatever you have. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and cumin, let sit for 30 minutes. Sear medium rare/medium, let rest, slice and chop give it a squirt of lime and enjoy with onion and cilantro.
