Started out 2 days ago making “Christmas Sausage” my normal Alsatian mix w roasted red bells, poblanos, onions, garlic, nutmeg, cloves, n allspice Now trying my hand at jarring venison!!!! Just finished w the first batch, got to let it cool n see how it tastes tomorrow!!!
Heated up a jar, threw in some sour cream, added noodles...

Looks great. I think canned venison is one of my favorites. I’ve literally canned entire deer minus the back straps. Never been disappointed.
