After trying to sell the business, a few good prospects that fell through, decided on an auction. Tough, 44 years, 3 recessions, and paying taxes, yes, the American dream.
Oh, here comes capital gains.
Anyone looking for some good equipment?
Hansen Auction Group.

Pretty sure my boss is gonna pull the pin in the next year or two. But I'll send this to him. We're just south of ya. In my opinion your getting out at a pretty good time. But what do I know.

Funny...I just bid on those excavators yesterday! I've bought a lot of stuff through the Hanson group, good choice

Yes, my daughter started posting some early adds, then Hansen did there marketing. Awesome job.

Good luck to you! Any plans for retirement?
Thanks,
I don't think Walmart hires greeters anymore, but in all actuality, will most likely take an offer to estimate & project-manage for another company. Not quite ready to hang it up and it makes me feel like I'm still useful. I hunt local public land relatively close to my business and I would always hunt early morning and end up at work by 8 am, that's going to stop, lol.
Fixing up my pole barn at home will be one of my first projects, need a man cave and will most likely sell my shop which is located elsewhere.

Solid plan for retirement! Staying in the industry as a project manager will keep you engaged, and everyone deserves a man cave after years of hard work.
