Buried Camp Equipment

i Have less of a problem with people that bury some of their stuff than those that leave piles above ground. We pack in several miles every year in colorado and it never fails the new camps that encounter a rough weather year always leave crap above the ground and if they don’t return the next year we always end up picking up some of the junk. We always leave a pile of wood and some fire starter in case someone stumbles into our old camp and needs a quick fire.

if you think back about 50 years ago we were encouraged to bury our trash. We still pack out or burn ours though.
