I'm getting ready to build an outdoor kitchen that I originally planned on installing a nice propane grill into. I currently use my Green Mountain way more than my propane Weber and I'm second guessing my plan. I've seen a couple of pictures of Green Mountain and Traeger grills modified and built into a counter. Does anyone here have any experience with this type of setup? There are a couple of companies that offer built-in models but they are expensive and didn't look like they have good reviews.

It's easy. Just remove the legs/cart assembly and drop it into an outdoor kitchen setup. Make sure you've got a power outlet built into the kitchen so you've got juice to power the grill.
