Buck,Buck ,Moose cook book.

Woohoo mine finally showed up last night. I tried to get Hank to go with a spiral bound but he assured my this style was better (drinking whiskey with him at BHA rondy). I'm not sure what he's talking about. I can't wait to dive in.
 
I got mine late last week (Friday I think). It was a good day (got a new BHA hat in the mail too). Been browsing through it - and early Sunday I'm jumping on a plane. Can't wait to start reading it cover-to-cover.
 
Tried another one today. Made me think of your other thread about antelope recipes Hank. Butchered my antelope Friday and saved both shoulders whole. Made the Barbacoa recipe today so we'd have it for the week ahead. The animal was a mature buck, so the braise took about 6 hours in the oven, but it was worth every minute. Might never cut up another shoulder again!

I love this book. :)
