Browning A-bolt II with BOSS muzzle break system

I recently was gifted a 7mm rem mag Browning A-Bolt II with the Boss muzzle break system and i was wondering if any body can educate me on this system and how well does it work?

I have had an A-bolt in 30-06 for 20+years. I sighted it in then and have never adjusted the sights since and still hits 1" circles at 100 yards(about as far as I can shoot where I hunt in Wisconsin) with factory loads. I remember sighting in when I first got it, the recommended setting was 2.5...did OK...went to 2.7...meh...dialed to 2.3 and the three shots touched each other...this off a solid clamped rest. The BOSS reduces recoil nice, my 12 year old daughter used it. BUT BUT BUT it is LOUD LOUD LOUD....be sure to have hearing protection. Very nice gun
 
If you type Browning Boss Owners Manual in your search engine you should find a couple sites that have the manual on how to set it up. One is better than the other but both have the same info. It was helpful to me.
