Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350
Wash salmon and pat dry
Cut into 3 equal strips, leaving the top of the strips connected
Braid the strips of salmon

Season salmon with old bay and black pepper

Place salmon on greased cookie sheet
In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese until blended
Add crab meat and combine
Season to taste with old bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic and onion powder
Top the salmon with the crab mixture and place in oven at 350 for 20 minutes
In sauté pan, add butter and olive oil
Add shrimp
Season with old bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
Cook until done
Remove salmon from oven
Top with shrimp

Serve

1 can crab claw meat (16 oz)
1.5 packs cream cheese softened
8 oz sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese
XL or jumbo shrimp
Old bay seasoning
Slap ya mama Cajun seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
