Blue Cheese Venison Burger

What type of seasoning do you put in the ground meat, just salt, pepper, and blue cheese crumbles? Is it 100% venison, or do you add some fat to it?

Just Blue Cheese ,salt, pepper and tiny bit of Olive Oil. I use 100% venison. Not much margin for error on overcooking it.
