BLM starts process to restore Bullwhacker access with by-pass

Big Dan posted that on Bowsite regarding the Wilks gate on Bullwhacker.

'Don't know what happened with the "Missoula guys", but don't think I would just drive right on through an open gate onto private property ... especially with the controversy over this access issue.

I wouldn't have gone through the gate. My post was second hand and I was just trying to get information on the status of the road.

Thanks for the updated Maps. If I am interpreting the map and legend correctly, it looks like roads are open for travel (with landwoner approval) to cross cow creek and get to the bull whacker near the Left Coulee Airstrip. Or am I missing something?
