Black Bear Rug

Taxidermist just sent me photos of my black bear rug. I guess it’s fairly common in North America but for this Kiwi it’s a big deal! I shot my bear back in 2017 on a hosted hunt in Alberta with my bow. Now I just have to wait until the local fish and game open so I can get my export permits before shipping.

Beautiful rug! Love that deep black color! I’ve got a color phase on the wall, I’d love to get a black one. Maybe this spring?
