I was under the impression that any tooth could be used. @Big Sky Guy What is the deal?

Somehow I never saw this tag and hence never responded. Was looking back to see the pics and came across this.

@cmartynn & @bigsky2 Yes, we can age any tooth, including the premolars and molars from the top. However, the two lower central I1 incisors generally yield the best results and it’s more likely an age range will be used with other tooth types besides these.

@npaden is correct in the tooth needing removed and adverse impacts of boiling and/or chemical treatments.
