Well I ended up going to Purcell out of Red Lodge. Very nice guy and tipped us off to a good hunting spot where my buddy passed 4 bucks last night, so at least there's that! I hope it comes out as good as he promises

I went to Adventure Taxidermy in the Heights for the bear I got this year. They donate a lot of gift certificates for use at the Billings Mule Deer Foundation Banquet. The work in the shop seemed of good quality and Jacob seemed to be very anal about detail. He also does competitions. Seemed fairly reasonable. He is located off Main close to the FWP headquarters.

Your photo montage is strikingly incomplete without a picture of Randy wearing a deer hat and striking his "doe in estrus" pose (somewhat similar to the "bear in estrus" pose from last spring).
