Big news in Nevada.

Resident only. Guess I'll still keep my app strategy out of Nevada. Would have been fun to say I shot a moose in Nevada before drawing colorado res tag. Dream was fun while it lasted.

I wish I was a Nevada resident for the fact that they offer a lot of cool opportunities to there residents like rocky mtn sheep, single horn deserts and now moose. Pretty cool even though it’s difficult to draw in the state of Nevada resident or not.

I'm throwing out this question here in hopes of finding a lead. I am a cinematographer/producer/video editor potentially working on a documentary about the first NV Moose Hunt. It is worth documenting this historical season. We hope to find a hunter who would let us tag along, as minimally invasive as possible, to document their hunt. If anyone on this thread is applying and interested in this story, message me, and we can talk more.

There's more bulls than cows. Killing a couple bulls will put less stress on the cows during the rut, and ultimately benefit the population.
Do you know how many tags they have out for bull moose

i went 5 years without drawing anything in Nevada. It is definitely hard to draw in this state

Two tags for bull moose this year.

It just depends what you apply for. There are leftover archery tags every year.
