Congratulations on a very unique and good looking animal. Have you tried aoudad before or this one yet? I got one a year ago and had been told they weren't very good, but my wife and I both thought it was very good flavor, although fairly tough meat.

Thanks everyone! This is the first one we have taken, but have been wanting to hunt them for a while. This is the biggest one I have personally ever laid my hands on. Used a .257 Weatherby with 100 Gr Barnes TTSX
