Big Agnes tent for sale

It is the Fly Creek 3 person tent. One of if not the lightest backpack tents made. It has never been used and is new. It isn't the cheapest but Big Agnes stuff is known for quality and support. Talking to the guys at REI they make it sound like the company is very similar to Mystery Ranch in that regard. Anyway I'm letting it go for $340 shipped. That's $100 off of retail. I actually bought 2 and the wifey isn't happy. I haven't even used it yet. I plan on taking it on the Dall Sheep hunt in a month. I set it up in the living room to see how she goes together. I really like the fact the poles are all connected. I shouldn't be losing any It is crazy light and packs small for a 3 man.

Have you tried yours out yet?

Just in the living room. Was thoroughly impressed and can't wait to use it. Should get out next month on a scouting trip with it. Seems to be about perfect for two guys with gear and comes in at 3 lbs.

Be sure to post some picts when you use it. I'll do the same. I figured it was like a Mystery Ranch pack investment. It should last a long while. I don't do a ton of backpack hunting but chasing sheep with a huge pack is no fun. I can't wait! I think we'll be putting 3 of us in mine. It will be a little cramped but not near as bad as sleeping with my bro in a 1 man last year The things we do for weight reduction.


Bambi it is 2 of the same. I was hoping my brother would take the other one. I wish it came with a guarantee. This is my fourth trip and I haven't gotten one yet. You don't need a guarantee anyway. You've done just fine.

That is one sweet tent. 3lbs 10 oz for a three man with fly? If for some reason you don't sell it, I can test it out for you next weekend to make sure everything is kosher for AK.

It's free standing for the most part. I didn't throw the fly on because I'd really need stakes. Even though I'm in a rental I didn't think it would be proper to Pound stakes through the carpet , I can bring it over and you can try it in your living room.

Size and weight look great.Only problem is there no way I'm sleeping that close to another married man or I'd buy it.Seems OK for brothers but not the average hunting partner
You have any pictures of it set up?Maybe I could use it as a solo tent or when my boys are able to come along out west

It is way big for 2 guys. It is a backpacking tent not a wall tent. You might look into some new partners if sleeping double in a 3 man tent makes you nervous.
