A deer I hunted for 3 years, had three sets of sheds off of him, including the set he is wearing here. I never could close the deal on him. The farmer saw him right before he dropped this set and said that he was in bad shape....skinny and limping on his back leg. I'm not sure if somebody shot him or another deer injured him in a fight. Anyways, that was the last time anyone saw him. We found the sheds about a week after that sighting and that was it.

Found a fresh deer kill behind my house last week and put up a couple of cameras. This girl came back that night and ate what was left.

My camera snapped these in the spring in Northwest Montana off a gated forest service road. I ended up shooting the bear- nice chocolate phase. I have next week off and am gonna our up some winter trail cams in the area. The FWP website shows two wolf packs in the vicinity. I hope to shoot one as well.

Cool thread. These are all in Montana- the first one was a unique 7point on one side with about a 3 ft. spike and a club on the other side. Then a couple nice bulls.
