not sure there is really a "bad" one in that range nowdays?? Zeiss conquest get my vote on the lower end, swaros on the top.

Never looked through their Binos. Their Prominar 77/88 Spotting scopes are the nicest I’ve ever looked through.

Haven't but have heard great things about their spotters and I dream of looking through a pair of their 32x82 binos some day.

I own the Kowa 10.5 x 44 binos (Genesis prominar). I haven't seen them for just over $1000. Most places I've seen them are charging about $1500.

They are in the same league as top tier binos I've owned from Swaro and Leica.

The Kowas are my current go-to 10x binos. If you get them, you will not be disappointed.
