Bear Hide ideas - lets see yours

I have a bear hide in the freezer from this spring and just can't decide what to do with it. The body and legs are skinned out of course but not the head or feet. I'd like to see some different ideas and suggestions of what you folks have done with yours. It's not a huge bear but has a pretty black coat. Thanks in advance!

Made one into a rug, the rest just had tanned and hang them wherever

Second one from the top is a whole tanned bear hide. Economy of space.

Have some half mounts rugs and lots tanned. Now I’m at the point he’s got to be big or special somehow for me to do anything. Take the meat and skull and leave the hide.
