Baiting jokes on this forum might go over like "Your Momma so fat," jokes at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting!. :)

Do you fish?

Do you hook deer in the mouth?
Is your limit 5 a day? (One over 15 inches)
Catch and Release?

Whether or not one thinks baiting is ethical, different rules for different species, based on different methods of harvest, uses, bag limits, and cognitive abilities - makes sense.

I didn't ask you anything. I asked MTNWest because he said he didn't believe in baiting animals. If you have ever fished you have baited animals.

Is that simple enough for you to understand?

Sure RH. Given the previous context, I pointed out your bad analogy because I assumed MTNWest was referencing deer. I could be wrong.

To make sense, fishing would need to entail baiting, and it doesn't. Though personally I am a bait fisherman, on some rivers in western MT, "bait fishing" is frowned upon and your character comes into question when you engage in it. I know people who fish who have never baited anything in their entire life. At least the kind that's spelled with an "ait".

Bad analogy???? It a fact not an analogy.

MTN west said he didn't believe in baiting animals. Fish are animals, that is a fact.

Most fishing involves baiting and fish are animals. So yes most of the time when you are fishing you are baiting animals. That is a fact.

No ide why you want to argue about that but there is nothing to argue.
