Is there a designated meat shelf/hauler area?

They have a sheet of material rolled up in a bottom pouch. To haul meat you place the meat on the back of the pack and pull the flap over it. There are d loops that the straps go through to snug the shelf and meat to the back of the pack.

I poorly described how it works but it works well.
