BAD WY Preference point bill

My FIL has 13 siblings, a wife, 3 daughters, and 6 grandchildren. He could get 23pts/year!

These new draw/point rules, even just the proposed crappy ones, are depressing as all get out.

Haha. I could see a bunch of Utah Polygamist moving to WY. Imagine what you could get with 4-5 wives and several kids etc.

Disappointing he came up with this bill. Particularly since his Conservation stamp bill is really good. Its nice to write a email telling him great job on 122 and big swing and a miss on 130.

So what's this Conservation stamp bill all about? I haven't heard anything about it.
