Not in the U.S.......but a guided hunt in Mexico may be a good option for what you're looking for.

You know you can hunt whitetail over hounds still in some of the southern states I'm pretty sure if that's what floats your boat most.

It’s not too late to buy a preference point in WY. You could apply for the special draw tag for unit 60, stay in Laramie or Cheyenne, and drive 20-30 and hunt the unit. A 140-160 class buck would be pretty easy in that area. For 5k you could buy a few great tags in CO and target much bigger bucks. Just a thought...you could also get an antelope tag for 38 and hunt both deer and antelope at the same time. The tag prices have changed but I think you could get both tags for about 1k per person. With a rental car in Denver and hotel, I believe you would be about 2k to 2.5k per person without food and drink. Send me a PM if you want more info. Good luck!

thanks mate, still slowly trying to process through everything. The tags wouldnt be for this year, i am looking at 2019 coming over so have a bit of time up my sleeve i hope
