NITRO is hosting a rally meeting tonight in Kellogg, Idaho. It is being billed as a "VERY IMPORTANT MEETING, SPECIAL FOREST LAND ACCESS MEETING". I'm not a member, but I plan on attending.

NITRO stands for National Independant Trail Riders Organization. It has about 400+ members, and is working with the USFS to guarantee trail access for ATV's.
