Yes, pick the start date of 2/11 and pay your money. Print the license to a pdf then when you apply, if your old license has expired enter the new license number in the field provided (the pro rated license will not be active) and apply for your hunts. Within 24 hours your portal will be updated and the dashboard welcome page will show your license expiration date of 02/10/2021. Your hunt choices will show in the apps portion however, the point guard is taking longer to update and may not show as purchased.
