Arizona 10% cap on Nonresidents

Trade mine in for two and start up a influencing/flatbrimmer real estate company...
The wife is in real estate. I was thinking one of those. "Wyoming Last best place on earth" Like our local realtors do.
Where we run adds in California, Boise Idaho, Boso Montana and Denver Colorado saying how cheep it is to move to Wyoming and how much recreation is available. 3 deer, 4 antilope and 4 elk a year wont hurt. The moose, sheep and goat odds just increased for residents!
Most of the buyers will pay cash sight unseen "just send a remote notary to my house in California" if it's anything like Boise.

As an Idahoan feeling the crunch and getting tired of all the recruitment to bring more people here I fully support this. Can we run signs in northern idaho and along the Washington line saying that Wyoming is the conservative utopia?

To be clear my wife is not a realtor. I despise the recruiters. Just warning Buzz. All of the road signs along the Oregon and Washington border will state # of miles to wyoming conservative paradise. House bill 12.1367b Idaho F&g regulations shall have a 2 page spread of the hunting opertunity available for Wyoming residents.

Lol its funny, @BuzzH picking on UWyo grads for being hipsters?

Didnt you eat grizz shit in missoula? That whole town needs a shower, haircut, and job.

Sheridan seems like a nice place to me. Bighorns right there. The Mercantile there in Dayton has some really nice antelope and deer in it. Big trophy room upstairs.

Wouldn't be my last choice of places to live in Wyoming.

Meh, very few have what it takes to live here. If they did, they'd already be here.

That's ego.
People need incisive to change areas. The incentives are mounting. You are egging them on.
Out of one side of your mouth you are saying. Housing is getting expensive, selling fast and employment can be difficult. Out the other side you are saying nobody is moving to wyoming because very few are as tuff as BuzzH.

Haven't been to Sheridan. I think I've been to every other major. I'll make sure to visit before I were to move. I was looking to maximize property size and that led me to the casper area or a few smaller communities in the central area.

Find a job here and move, nothing stopping you, but you. Housing is expensive and decent paying jobs arent around every corner. Hospitals for specialists require travel out os state. Weather isn't fantastic. Not exactly awash in diversity or culture. Services are pretty limited, not many entertainment options.

For people that want to live out west while not giving up those things, preciously why Montana and Idaho are way more attractive.

Like I said, very few are willing to sacrifice all that for a general elk and deer tag.

The only thing you're right about is most aren't tough enough to live here, there's a reason for the sparse population, if only obviously.
