Archery elk in the rain

There are 3 places on earth I've found where rain had zero effect on bugling bulls, unit 1 AZ, unit 34 NM, and one unit in OR.

As a newcomer to archery tackle, I am glad the OP asked the question, and I'm glad for the conversation that happened (just not wholly on board with the tone of some of the responses).

I have to continue to remember that archery hunting is a different endeavor in many ways from firearms hunting.
