Getting itchy to go chase white animals in ugly places like this?

Lots of prep to do for the hunts and too much damn fishing getting in the way.

I'm dying to go. I just booked my plane tickets. I'm going up the second week. 15-21. Might not be ideal but you also have a better chance seeing less people. This is my fourth trip and I have yet to connect. I'm hoping fourth times a charm. I really need to spend 12 days or so to have a great chance at a ram. I love hunting Dall sheep and the challenge that goes along with it. My brother has gotten 2 and now my dad one last year. Here's to hoping that this year will be mine.

Where you headed?

I've got a couple moose hunts lined up as well. One near the house, the other a fly out caribou/moose combo. Again... summer is much to short and hunting season gets here much too quickly.

My partner smirking about our landing spot and the rams in the back ground... thinking to herself, this sheep hunt is going to be over in the morning... little did she know.

I don't recomend stoning grizzlies to death unless you perfect the method.

I've got the desire, but no tag. And not enough $ to get to Alaska.

My only remaining chance for sheep this year is the 1 in a million chance of ID or MT pulling my name in the lotteries.

I'm going to be very content with archery elk, rifle deer, and trying to get my 2 boys on elk. Best of luck chasing white sheep!

I know that last hunt Dink did with his brother they used that technique to get it to stand up. Come on Dink post up that picture and story again. You guys were crazy to do that so close.

Very few bugs on the moose hunt. I suspect similar this year as we're going the last week of the season.
