My wife and I have been for years saying "we really need to go to a playoff game at Xcel but lets wait until they get further so the atmosphere is just that much better".

3 years ago on their cup run I went without her to an Av's game against the Blues where they won in OT. I'm picturing that in the State of Hockey being x10. We couldn't go last night nor Sat night otherwise I think we would have just done it knowing it might be it. Game 6 would be brutal to try and make work so once again, we are banking on them going to the next round.

I'm in the same boat. Two years ago I watch round one at home against the stars. This year I decided if they go round two I'll make the trip over. That's also partially cause the last game of the season was so good to watch I don't have an ache to watch the first round in person...


We actually debated driving over last min for the game last night, but logic prevailed and we watched from the living room
