Antelope...Lets See Them!!!

How far you pack that sendero?
Maybe 25 miles in 6 days of bopping around the unit near my house.
Today's hunt around 5 miles.

I wasn't certain I was going to find a buck under 400 yards the way things were going. Shot this one at 100. Think I better commit to BP next time.🤔

You either do or you don’t. If you are still debating it just take the center fire

When i was your age I thought nothing about packing that Sendero.
And I still dont.😏
I suppose strapped to the pack it's not as bad. Its not the weight I don't like it's the top/front heavy. I've got one like it just doesn't balance well on a shoulder sling.

WY 2024: My first Pronghorn buck in the bag. We covered 26 miles in 3 days and only saw 2 bucks, thankfully I passed on the day 1 yearling and found this guy on day 3.

My brother and I have just returned home to Australia after our first visit to the USA where we spent a few days hunting antelope near Cody, WY. We had to hand in our elk tag in the Bighorns due to the fire but decided to make the trip for Antelope anyway. It was so much fun! We saw hundreds of animals and ended up taking a couple of the bigger bucks.
