No more Elvis weddings

Easy answer: switch to "the king" instead of "Elvis" in the advertising. Or the chapels could get together and fund a lawyer to respond. That will shut up the ad group that thinks they own everything. The name Elvis, like George Washington or Abe Lincoln, is just too widespread to not be part of the public domain.
