I've been reading the 2022 regs on deer hunting and I'm a little confused. When I read the Deer B license section it says, "Deer B license allows you to harvest a deer in addition to the deer you harvest with your general license", but then says, "there is no order in which the general and Deer B license must be purchased or used". My question is, does this mean if someone just wants a doe they don't have to get a general license and can rather just get the B license? The Elk B licenses seems to be a little more clear outright stating that there are no prerequisites for a Elk B licenses other than conservation and base hunting license.
