Another DelMart franchise

Seen while traveling the not-so-back roads of Kentucky:

You can't read the side sign very well in the pic, but it say "Breakfast-Plate Lunchs-Catfish Fiddlers-Barbeque-Steaks-Sandwichs." The one in front says "For Sale By Owner," so maybe DelMart isn't doing so well back east.
