The regs are typically published on July 1 but is there an earlier date when you can know what’s coming ?
A unit that I’m interested in sometimes is open to NR and some years it’s not.
Just planning ahead for 2025

Unfortunately, I don't think there is. You might be able to call and get a get some info. But until they're published, I'm not sure I would rely too heavily on what (if anything) you're told. If I'm wrong, somebody please correct me, LOL!

The board of game publishes regulation proposals and changes I think during the prior winter. Fed regs muddy the water a lot.
