6 day combo hunt in Montana starts November 7th

Montana hunters, best layering system? Since I'm flying, I don't want to over pack. I usually bring extra clothes when I drive to hunts. Have my merino wool socks, base layers, puffy jacket, outfitter wool jacket, and packable rain gear. Do you wear one set of clothes more than once? Bringing three sets of base layers. Checking the extended forecast. thanks

Everyone is different but I would bring 2 sets of base layers and wear the same outer layers all week. Save the "nice" clothes your flew out in for the trip home after a shower at the hotel after hunting. I always over pack too.

Same outer all week. 1 change of Baselayers and 1 warmer than u think u need Baselayers also. So 3 Baselayers.
