$300 3-9x40 scope

Looking for another rifle scope in the $300 price range. I currently have some Nikon Buckmasters and Leupold VXII but with another new rifle I am looking at the options..Any other scope sugjestions ?

If you are looking to stretch your $300 as far as possible, I can pretty much assure you that with the price you will get at Predator Optics on a Leupold scope (even though you already have one), you are not going to find a better value in the rifle scope world. I am leaning towards the Leupold VX2. My Nikons have never gave me any problem but in the last couple of months two guys I know have had trouble with there Buckmaster scopes not holding zero and had problems with customer service when sent back for repair..
