260 rem VS 6.5 creed

If a .260 rem can be had at a good deal and a guy reloads, it is always a good gun to have. Ammo can be found for the .260 off the shelf, but real performance in the .260 will usually need to come from hand loads.
If you want a great small rifle cartridge for deer, then the .260 is a winner for sure. I love mine.
But won't be giving up my .300 win mag for truely big animals and for shots over 400yrds.
If all else we're equal in the deciding factor, the Creedmore and the .260 Remington are too similar to need both, but if you hunt deer I recommend a guy own one or the other.
