‘24 app specific questions Mule Deer rut hunt units

I am burning some points next year. I have some specific questions about areas in the low-one-hundreds that I can draw. I’m just trying to sus-out which units make the most sense based on access and ‘23 winter kill.

I’m assuming a PM conversation makes the most sense.

After the reports from this year I wouldn’t use any points for that area. A biologist friend who lives there his whole life didn’t turn up a buck for the Vet he was trying to help.
