Nice 23 degree morning to call a bird in during a snow storm. Had this Tom gobble from about 100 yards down the draw. Got set up under a cedar tree and he started working his way towards me keeping a cedar tree between me and him the whole time. Finally at about 20 yards he made the mistake to step out and see the hen that had been whispering sweet nothings to him.

That's a great looking bird! Love when it works like it's supposed to.

Never would have gotten away without those necessities on an old eastern gobbler. Hahaha Gosh those birds are gorgeous. I love their fans. Congrats on a great bird.

Sweet!

I love how your still photo has action in it....the active snowfall. Congratulations
